Login & Register ...

How can I log in?
Log in with your existing account details at the top right under LogIn/Register in the navigation bar.

How can I create a new customer account?
Directly on the start page you will find a link for registration at the top right under LogIn/Register in the navigation bar. Follow the instructions and enter your data to create a new account. After a short check of the registration you will receive a confirmation by email. During business hours, your registration requests will be reviewed and processed immediately. 

Prices & Billing ...

Billing: In which currency is the usage fee calculated?
As a rule, we charge usage fees in euros.

What is the cost structure for print / online use in app, e-paper, paywall offers?
The prices are calculated individually. You can use a price calculator to send a non-binding enquiry to our office, which will then send you a suitable cost estimate by email. You can also find this cost estimate under "My account" / Quotations & Invoices.

Is the price calculator binding?
Our price calculator with indicative prices provides a quick overview of the costs of using your photo selection and offers the possibility of making direct non-binding price enquiries to us. The calculator is therefore not binding.

How does the billing work?
As soon as you have accepted the agency's offer, the high-res photo will be made available to you and you will receive an invoice by email and via the system. During business hours, your requests will be processed immediately.

Will existing pricing and usage agreements change?
No, all existing agreements remain valid.

Will my existing lightboxes be transferred to the new agency-focus.pro offer?
All existing lightboxes can be found as usual in your profile.

Will old user profiles be transferred?
Yes, all existing user profiles can of course continue to be used.

Photos ...

Resolution: In which resolution are the pictures available?
The photo data have a resolution of 4900 pixels on the long edge.

Do High-Res downloads cost extra?
The download of High-Res data is still free of charge for registered users who have a High-Res download authorisation.

No, our office will continue to be there for you with the same staff.

A picture is displayed as restricted, what does that mean?
Please contact the agency staff with the information about the desired publication.

Is Focus the right contact for Magnum and MAPS images?
We represent Magnum and MAPS exclusively on the German-speaking market. All enquiries go through us.
